Position Overview: As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing effective social media strategies for each of our companies. You will develop engaging content, manage daily posts, and interact with our audience to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, schedule, and publish daily posts across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) for each company.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to grow brand presence and engagement.
- Design graphics and write copy for posts, ads, and campaigns that resonate with different audiences.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with followers.
- Track and analyze performance metrics, adjusting strategies to improve results.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align social media activities with overall business goals.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and tools.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for multiple brands.
- Strong graphic design and copywriting skills.
- Knowledge of social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform insights) is a plus.
