Communications Consortium is looking to add motivated & disciplined Account Executives across the nation! CommCon is a unique telecom & networking brokerage that let's you become a sales mercenary! We are direct partners with all Big 4 Wireless carriers and over 80 wired vendors.
What makes us unique are the partnerships we have already cultivated that allows us to service both commercial AND consumers - EVERY person you speak to is a potential customer! Why sell for a company that can only assist 25% of it's prospects? The answer: YOU SHOULDN'T!
As an Account Executive with CommCon, your pay will be 100% commission and residual based, so the more you work the more you earn! There are no minimum hours or monthly sales goals - you are your own boss! Want to keep your full-time job and sell part-time on the weekends? Done. Want to supplement your income by working only one week every other month? Fine by us!
YOU DO NOT PAY TO WORK FOR US, AND YOU DO NOT REQUIRE ANY LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION!!
What we sell:
- Wireless devices - phones (new and upgrades), tablets, hotspots, vehicle trackers, and more!
- Wired services - internet, TV ,POTS, VOIP, dedicated circuits, MPLS, and more!
- UCaaS, SaaS, CCaaS - firewalls, penetration testing, MDM/DEP, contact centers, and more!
- Merchant services - help a brand new business with an entire package: internet, phone systems, and their new POS & credit card terminals!
Reasons why we are the best at what we do:
- Earn between 40-60% of your total sales in commission based on monthly attainment!
- Earn 30% of sale payout if you just want to submit referrals - we will close them for you!
- Earn vested residuals up to 12.5% on wired sales for the life of the contract!
- UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS! EARN A MILLION, WE DON'T CARE!!
- Training is provided, and you will have on-going support from existing Account Executives and the Director team!
- You do not have to sell alone - your Directors and Senior Director will help you close every deal they can! We do not let any customer walk!!
- Minimum travel - if you can sell from your phone or email then go ahead and do that!
- Growth opportunities - become a market Director and hire your own team!
- Hunt for prospects via cold calling, mail merge campaigns, door-to-door initiatives
- Create & maintain a proper sales funnel
- Utilize our vast portfolio of products, services, and vendors to create personalized solutions for each prospect
- Maintain communication with customers to drive account growth and ensure customers’ day-to-day and long-term needs are met
- Laptop and internet connection required
- Reliable transportation to visit customers as needed (Uber or your mom do not count!)

WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN AN MVP ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE:
- 2+ years sales experience preferred in wireless or wireline industry.
- 2+ years B2B sales experience puts you at the front!
- 1+ years selling AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, Comcast, Spectrum, Cox services puts you at the front!
- Drive & discipline to brush off the 'no's you receive when selling
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, adaptability, and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work on your own a majority of the time
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bi-lingual a plus for certain markets
