Edgewater Federal Solutions is currently seeking a Mid-Level Recruiter to work at our Corporate Office in Urbana, and who will be responsible for recruiting candidates and filling positions (of all types, including Technical Recruiting) at Edgewater Federal Solutions. The desired candidate must possess the capabilities and experience to support all areas of recruiting and recruiting compliance, as well as, be able to operate in a team environment with all other corporate areas of the company.
The selected candidate will be responsible for finding talented, qualified IT professionals for current and future positions at Edgewater Federal Solutions.
The Recruiter's primary function will be providing full life cycle recruiting for Edgewater Federal Solutions to include: posting job requisitions, searching and screening candidate resumes, interviewing candidates, dispositioning candidates in the compliance Recruiting System, and extending formal offers of employment.
The Recruiter will be responsible for maintaining Metrics Data and providing this information to Senior Edgewater Federal Solutions Management members.
The Recruiter will also provide support in other Corporate Areas as necessary, such as Human Resources and Business Development/Marketing.
The Recruiter will be responsible for maintaining OFCCP compliance Recruiting System.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
5 to 8 years of Recruiting experience for IT professionals for government contracts.
Experience working in a metrics driven environment (i.e., tracking of phone calls, interviews, and successful placements).
Experience working with an applicant tracking system.
Ability to screen job candidates to ensure that they meet the requirements for the position to be filled.
Experience conducting phone and in-person interviews.
Experience using proactive sourcing methods, including cold calling, networking, Internet sourcing, etc.
Ability to maintain excellent relationships with hiring managers and job candidates.
Ability to develop recruitment plans and strategies.
Ability to compose, review, and clarify job descriptions and skills required for positions to be filled.
Experience advising Management members on recruitment issues, best practices, and policies.
Must have working knowledge and familiarity of employment law and compliance requirements with the ability to implement and advise. OFCCP Audit experience is a plus.
Knowledge of government security clearance procedures.
Experience capturing incumbent IT professionals, managing incumbent capture processes post contract award, and supporting recruitment efforts during contract transition.
Ability to establish and maintain a social media and/or network presence to market job openings and career opportunities.
Ability to maintain constant contact with job candidates and provide them appropriate feedback.
Ability to provide weekly recruiting updates to Senior Management members.
Commitment to staying apprised of the latest recruitment trends and most competitive practices and techniques that Edgewater Federal Solutions can use to fill positions.
Be able to maintain the Edgewater Federal Solutions Compensation program and ensure it is up-to-date based on current market trends.
Experience working in other areas of Human Resources.
5-8 years of experience in recruiting IT positions for Government contracts to include highly technical roles such as developers, cyber security specialists, help desk analysts, engineers, and business analysts in both unclassified and classified environments.
Experience creating and maintaining a candidate pipeline.
