Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc. is the #2 provider of

full-service individual federal and state income tax preparation, and related
financial services products, delivered through approximately 6,000 locations
(franchised and company-owned), including nearly 3,000 neighborhood Walmarts.
The company also offers an online tax preparation product.

The Tax Debt Resolution business is under a year old and
growing quickly with the support of the executive team and Corsair
capital.We are looking to expand our
team as we continue to provide clients who are in a vulnerable position with a
trusted, white-hat solution when they receive a letter from the IRS that they
owe money.

by Corsair Capital in partnership with the Jackson Hewitt senior management
team.

Founded in 1992 with offices in New York and London,
Corsair Capital is one of the longest- standing private equity firms focused on

in Jackson Hewitt from an affiliate of H.I.G. Bayside Capital.

POSITION

FUNCTION:
The Director of Tax Debt Strategy will help drive the growth and
optimization of the Tax Debt Resolution business at Jackson Hewitt. The individual will
identify and pursue growth opportunities in both the existing "TDR" business, and
in tangential businesses to fold into the existing "TDR" offering. This is
accomplished by surfacing the right actionable analyses and data-driven
insights to enhance program performance, drive better strategy, and inform major
decision-making.

This is a highly visible role that will collaborate closely
with key leaders throughout the business, including the CEO, CFO and Board of
Directors, and instrumental in helping this new business be successful. Jackson Hewitt is seeking someone who wants an

Primary Roles and Responsibilities Include:
Drive critical strategic decision making in TDR:
Make recommendations for business improvement through qualitative and
quantitative analysis working with, and presenting to, the Jackson Hewitt
senior executive team, Legal, marketing, and a wide range of other stakeholders
within Jackson Hewitt

Ancillary
businesses: TDR is the last stage, in many ways, of tax debt.This role has the potential to reshape how
Jackson Hewitt approaches “tax problems” for clients.This role will spearhead the launching of
“tax debt lite”, our approach to handling tax problems prior to them becoming
full “tax debt”

Reporting
and day to day management: Moving TDR clients through the system completely and
efficiently is important.This role will
establish robust monitoring processes and assume day to day responsibilities of
ensuring sufficient levels of client care are met, suggesting and implementing
improvements when appropriate

INTERFACES

WITH:
In addition to the Director of Tax Debt, to whom this
individual will report, this individual will have regular interaction with the
Jackson Hewitt senior management team, including but not limited to the CFO and
the CEO, with whom we have bi-weekly meetings. This position offers
unparalleled exposure to the most senior executives in the business.

CORE COMPETENCIES:
1. Relevant Experience: The ideal candidate will have at
least two to three years of experience from a top-tier professional
services firm (e.g., strategy consulting, investment banking). Experience in
consumer financial services is a plus.

2. Structured & Logical Thinking: Superior critical
thinking skills are critical to this role, including the ability to
identify and define problems, collect data, establish facts and demonstrate a
‘nose for value’ to discern what is important and draw valid conclusions.

3. Analytical Excellence: Excellent analytical and
financial modeling capabilities are required. Experience with database
platforms (e.g., Qlikview) is a plus.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills,
both written and verbal, including confidence and presence to engage
effectively with all levels.

5. Entrepreneurial Spirit: The candidate will need to be
enthusiastic about operating in a fast-paced, unstructured environment and
being self-directed. Deep intellectual curiosity and strong drive to challenge
the status quo is needed.

Education: undergrad degree from a top academic institution. MBA is a plus.

The candidate selected for this position will be a creative,
out-of-the-box thinker who is intellectually curious with a demonstrated
interest in learning. This person will also need to be a self-motivated,
high-energy individual who can easily function in a high demand,
performance-driven environment. He/she must be accustomed to working on
multiple tasks in parallel. This professional must demonstrate strong
leadership skills, best demonstrated by the individual’s ability to gain
credibility with team members and senior management.
