Steele South Loop Hyundai in Houston (location on the 610 South Loop across from NRG Stadium) is looking to add qualified individuals to our internet sales team. No experience is encouraged. As a Sales Consultant you will master the art of communication. Your daily routine will consist of answering internet leads, texting clients, calling prospects, and responding to these opportunities with short videos using our state-of-the-art data management system and mobile app. We will teach you the brand, and skillset. You will need to complete Hyundai Certification, but this will only take 2-3 days. Most importantly you will be responsible for creating an exceptional buying experience for our customers and in turn grow a book of business which will provide dividends throughout your career. Qualifications:
- Passionate about the automotive industry
- Bilingual a plus
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills.
- Well organized with a positive attitude.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Team player but with the ability to be independent.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Vehicle presentations to clients (in person and / or virtually)
- Plan and organize accordingly to meet sales targets
- Accurately and informatively present clients with lease / purchase options
- Schedule customer service visits and test drives
