The successful RN/LPN Charge Nurse candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of nursing responsibilities during each shift, from processing patients in and out to delegating nursing rounds and drug administration.

We’re looking for a highly competent and well-organized professional RN/LPNCharge Nurse who values safety, security and patient wellness above all else.

The RN/LPN Charge Nurse is responsible for making sure those values are reflected in his or her staff at all times.

Work twelve hour shifts and have more time away from work! Work only every 3rd weekend!

We will train RN/LPN Charge Nurse candidates with no experience!

Under the supervision of the DON and ADON, the RN/LPN Charge Nurse is responsible for:

  • Providing outstanding service to our residents and their families
  • Supervising nursing staff members who provide direct resident care
  • Communicating with all health care providers and partners,
  • Coordinating and implementing nursing care as ordered by the physician and agreed to by the resident
  • Documenting timely, accurately and comprehensively
  • Responsible for the provision of nursing services within the scope of his/her license
  • Responsible for the provision of nursing services in compliance with current standards of practice and facility policies/ procedures following the plan of care
  • Insuring the overall health and well being of the resident
