Successful candidate will be responsible for entering data from new loan application packages required to register loans on the loan processing system and input information to appropriate screens to complete the original entry process. Assist members in completing pre-closing committment conditions. Order credit checks, appraisals etc. Send all appropriate disclosures.
Requirements:
Ideal candidate will have at least two years experience as a loan processor or relevant work experience. Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills and accuracy required. Must be customer satisfaction oriented. Knowledge of mortgage software and an understanding of state and federal loan regulations is preferred.
