We're looking for an energetic, passionate leader to motivate, coach and drive a team of Enterprise Sales Partners in the Enterprise space for Verizon Connect (VZC) who will be focused on closing business in our Enterprise territory market for a designated geographic territory. This position will be responsible for the Great Plains region, and the ideal candidatewill be basedin a major metropolitan area within the assigned geographic territory.
Building, growing, motivating and retaining a world class, field Enterprise sales team
Maintain a strong forecast and healthy pipeline for the Enterprise geographic territory for Verizon Connect software and services.
Develop and maintain fair territory plans and account assignments to maximize team revenue and ensure individual opportunity for success.
Collaborate with other teams within VZC sales, professional services, customer success, solutions engineering, product and marketing organizations to create compelling solutions and build ROI for our customers.
Develop Sales Partners’ selling and positioning skills for further career growth and success.
Establish relationships within the territory with key decision makers and executives within the assigned account list. Develop executive call plan strategies with the sales team to ensure a solid vision and commitment is built in the sales process.
Work with contracts, finance, operations and legal to negotiate sound business contracts and proposals leveraging best practices.
Expand the vision of what’s possible in our addressable market by maximizing the use of our solutions both vertically and horizontally throughout the organization.
Collaborate and partner with Verizon sales teams, OEM partners, technology partners, software/hardware vendors, and system integrators to expand and enhance VZC’s value proposition to our customers.
Meet and exceed quota targets set for establishing sales of VZC products and services.
Travel requirements estimated at 45% minimum.
What we’re looking for...
You’ll need to have:
Proven record of exceeding quota selling software and related solutions into Enterprise accounts, including transportation or logistics, supply chain management or other related technologies and services.
Minimum of eight years in enterprise sales with a strong understanding of SaaS offerings such as mobile resource management, ERP, CRM or related field.
A leader with sales management experience leading field sales organizations.
Even better if you have:
A high level of professionalism, passion, ethics, confidence and commitment.
MBA a plus.
Knowledge of MS Office products, G Suite and Salesforce.com.
