JOB DESCRIPTION
-Conduct beauty consultations including skincare rituals, makeup application and fragrance journeys
-Create a welcoming environment by greeting and approaching customers
-Exceed customer expectations by providing assistance with a positive attitude
-Recommend merchandise based on product knowledge and customer preferences
-Knowledgeable and educates self and others on merchandise
-Actively create a welcoming environment through teamwork and collaboration with in-store associates
-Work to develop long-term customer relationships
-Assist in maintaining visual and merchandise presentation standards on the selling floor
-Demonstrate flexibility and ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business
QUALIFICATIONS
-Makeup artistry and skincare experience
-Fragrance experience preferred
-Excellent customer service skills
-Motivated and results driven
-Strong attention to detail
-Ability to work autonomously
-Previous retail experience preferred
-Standing, bending, lifting, climbing small ladders
-Must be willing to work flexible schedule based on business need, which do include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
