The Analytics & Cognitive team leverages the power of data, analytics, robotics, science and cognitive technologies to uncover hidden relationships from vast troves of data, generate insights, and inform decision-making. Together with the Strategy practice, our Strategy & Analytics portfolio helps clients transform their business by architecting organizational intelligence programs and differentiated strategies to win in their chosen markets.
In our practice you will:
Serve as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions
Lead project visioning sessions using design thinking methodology
Mentor and lead a team of junior designers; to coach, train, and deploy
Partner with client account teams to identify design gaps and develop a plan for how to fill those gaps
Identify efficiencies, innovative approaches, and standardize best design practices
Create and/or design content and material for reuse guided by clear standards
Ensure design deliverables align with project objectives and identified business requirements
Provide art direction and creative feedback in project engagements to ensure visual consistency and optimized UX
Manage portfolio of assets and design deliverables
Assist in proposal development as needed
Develop your skills through training courses, mentoring, and daily interactions with clients
Work closely with both internal, cross-functional teams and external clients on projects of varying length and complexity
Utilize your advanced communication skills working with art directors and creative leadership to get the information you need to keep your vision moving along smoothly

Our GPS S&A practice works with a broad array of clients to create advanced web and mobile applications, using agile development methods and small cross-functional teams of Developers, Data Scientists, UX Designers, Visual Designers, and QA Engineers.
Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of design or other relevant industry experience
Experience applying quantitative and qualitative research design methodologies
Experience designing data-driven interfaces
Knowledge of data visualization
Organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to effectively prioritize workload and meet deadlines
Sketch, Adobe CC, Balsamiq, InVision, Axure
Well-rounded knowledge of design principles and techniques
Ability to organize and self-direct to get things done
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
Experience designing solutions with emerging technologies like AI, IoT, AR/VR
Interaction design experience: able to deliver prototypes - from clickable flows to animated, using tools like FRAMER.js, Principle or After Effects
Familiarity with frameworks like D3, Angular JS, Bootstrap, and jQuery
Frontend skills - able to deliver coded prototypes using HTML, CSS, JS
Cross-platform mobile/web development experience (iOS, Android, Windows Phone, webOS, etc.)
Profession experience in one or more of web and mobile, graphic, product, architectural, and industrial design
