Online Marketing Coordinator

The Online Marketing Coordinator works with Online Marketing Managers with set up, testing and deployment of online promotional efforts. Supports efforts that carry a variety of goals including meeting subscription goals, membership acquisition, and more.
II. Essential Job Functions
Accountabilities, Actions and Expected Measurable Results
Coordinates the implementation of digital marketing programs and strategy to support Consumer Revenue goals with support and direction from the Online Marketing Manager. Assist with day-to-day business activities relating to marketing efforts. Coordinating across departmental functions. Test and follow up on online marketing programs.
Assist with the tracking and reporting of promotional efforts. Work with Online Marketing Manager to determine frequency and distribution of reports.
Research competitor activities as it relates to similar goals. Provide implementation and process suggestions where appropriate across the organization. Research and identify emerging trends and technology for possible action planning.
III. Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements | All must be met to be considered.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field, or equivalent training and/or experience.
Minimum 1 years’ experience with online marketing, direct marketing or content management.
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and Internet required.
Knowledge of Google Analytics, and other online applications for tracking acquisition processes, goals and outcomes a plus.
Must be detail-oriented with ability to balance multiple deadlines in a fast paced environment
