Business Unit Summary

Reporting to HSN’s Social Media Manager – Integration, the Social Integration Specialist is responsible for execution of social activations on HSN’s corporate properties (TV and web). Ths includes Blogs, Community, HSN Arcade, Social live streams, as well as Vendor channels.This role is critical to driving social media KPIs.

A Day in the Life

Maintains select integration calendar (blog or live stream).
Plays a role in developing integration concepts and sees them through to completion.
Responsible for execution of integration projects in partnership with other teams.
Executes testing of new integration functionality as needed.
Assists with associated tech vendor relationships (submitting tickets, scheduling meetings, etc.).
Manages all updates to HSN Arcade (billboards, banners, etc.) in partnership with Digital teams.
Creates briefs for needed creative assets.
Acts as a key liaison with Customer Service on associated moderation and troubleshooting.
Plays a role in managing, awarding, distributing and record keeping associated with prizing in the Community and Arcade.
Manages fixed programming support and integrations, including concept and execution.
Executes social toolkit creation related to Integration and live stream projects.
Contributes to weekly reporting and responsible for reporting on Integration metrics as applicable.

Must Haves
3 or more years of digital marketing or social experience.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or business.
Experience working cross functionally with other teams.
Believes in relationship-building and working as part of a team to achieve goals/results.
Organized, responsible and flexible.
Strong written communication skills.
Collaborative / team player.

Candidates will be considered in totality of their skills and experience versus strict interpretation of “must haves.”

Nice to Haves
Social live stream or broadcast experience.
Knowledge of basic digital languages like HTML, CSS and JS.
Experience working with bloggers.
Strong knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube and other social media channels.
Working knowledge of WordPress.
Strong Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
