We currently have an opening for a Digital Content Specialist at our Home Office. This position is remote.
The Digital Content Specialist is responsible for creating content, including copy, graphics, and video, across multiple digital platforms. This individual is creative and can identify, create, manage, and deliver digital content using a wide range of techniques across channels, including websites and social media.
Overview & Responsibilities:
- Working with the creative team to plan and produce digital content to be used across all our digital channels
- Developing creative ideas, suggesting new innovative ways of delivering shareable content to increase online traffic and build awareness
- Evaluating new web content to ensure accuracy and style consistency within established guidelines and make copy edits to web content to conform to requirements, style guidelines, and SEO best practices
- Creating landing pages and personalization components to enhance digital marketing effectiveness
- Working closely with the design, product management, and marketing to understand customer insights, the purpose of features, and how best to explain them to the right audience
- Supporting process documentation and establishing process flows to cross-train internal teams and support vendors
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Certificates in Web Design/Development/Programming or related degree is preferred
- Minimum two years of experience creating digital marketing content
- Experience developing SEO-focused copy and content
- Working knowledge of creating and editing graphics and video in Adobe Suite
- Strong communication and grammatical skills, with the ability to proof work
