The City of Moscow has a position available for an upbeat energetic team player to perform a variety of administrative duties to support office operations and activities for the Legal Department.
Significant job responsibilities for this position include providing staff support and administrative assistance to the department. The position includes a broad range of complex secretarial and clerical duties; meeting multiple deadlines, maintaining confidentiality, and working with little supervision.
The successful candidate must possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; the ability and desire to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment and have outstanding computer skills. Requirements also include a combination of education and experience equivalent to high school graduation supplemented by course work in office management, secretarial and computer training with a demonstrated ability to type forty-five words per minute.
Work hours are flexible up to nineteen hours per week.
Pay is $15.26 + per hour DOE.
