The Collections Support Clerk I performs general office duties and supports broader servicing efforts in the collections department. This team member has contact with other Company departments, Vendors and outside agencies.

Schedule: Monday-Friday day shift with 1 Saturday per month.
Our in-office development program provides the training you need and the encouragement to create a proactive and independent support style to service our customers. After six-months in the office you'll have the opportunity to work in a hybrid-model where you can work from home 2-3 days per week.
Responsibilities:

Type in data quickly and efficiently.

Search for and verify information contained in files.

Input text-based and numerical information from source documents

Operate common office equipment, like scanners and printers.

Provide occasional administrative support.
Qualifications:
Education

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience

0-2 years of monetary and/or regulatory processing experience preferred
