What role will I fill?

As an Energy Advisor, you’ll be traveling to homes to engage in consultative selling with homeowners and advise prospects on energy and efficiency products and solutions. This position includes outside sales, lead management, appointment fulfilling and customer development. You’ll work closely with a team to develop industry knowledge and experience to communicate to prospects, seek to understand their situation, educate them in solutions and bridge the gap, presenting proposals. You’ll work to implement sales processes and engage in strategic market development, to reach your individual and team sales objectives.

What would my responsibilities include?

  • Prospecting and generating leads and referrals.
  • Problem solving and aligning products and service solutions.
  • Utilize consultative selling, centered on the customer, to win sales.
  • Developing new accounts and maintaining relationships with customers.
  • Territory management and tracking with operational and organizational excellence.

What are the Qualifications?

  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation and self-discipline.
  • Participation in trainings and skill development on a weekly basis.
  • Well-rounded business and financial acumen and understanding.
  • Multilingual is preferred, but not required
