Bay West LLC currently seeking an additional Staff Accountant for the St. Paul office.
Duties and responsibilities may include:
Project cost accounting
Project financial analysis and reporting
Assistance with month end closing
Project set up and billing
Reconciliation of bank accounts
Reconciliation of general ledger accounts
Enter equipment and inventory utilization reports for billing.
Process purchase orders
Other job duties as assigned
Essential education, training, knowledge and experience:
Associates degree in accounting, finance, or related field is required
0-2 years accounting experience is preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Experience in a service or contracting industry is a plus
Must have strong attention to details
