Job Summary

As a Business Process Specialist in Branch Operations you will be responsible for assisting in cross functional projects, including identifying business improvements/solutions, identifying measuring and analyzing operational data, process and organizational data, and procedure development. As a Business Process Specialist, you will work with the Business Process Manager to achieve process optimization, innovation and operational efficiencies. It will include being responsible for the review of current processes, building new processes and executing on change management opportunities.

Essential Job Functions for the Business Process Specialist will include:

Assist Branch Operations and cross-functional staff with workflow systems and processes
Ensure users are kept up-to-date on functionality, templates and workflow
Manage technical issues and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure systems and processes meet user needs end-to-end; make recommendations for improvement as needed
Serve as a point of contact for the Branch Field; build custom reports and dashboards based on user needs using Salesforce and Microsoft Office
Create and execute plans to track efficiency and productivity improvement targets using department business plans, Salesforce, PowerPoint, Excel and other software
Provide inputs and drive recommendations for enhancing efficiency and effectiveness
Maintain documentation of system workflow and processes; communicate changes as needed
Provide effective and actionable technical solutions and recommendations
Prepare process map and analyze them for improvement opportunities
Assist Business Process Manager with all prioritized projects for Branch Operations
Ensure adherence to company standards
Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
At least 2 to 3 years of related experience required
Experience with Six Sigma or Lean Process Improvement preferred
Experience in Financial Services or Wealth Management preferred
Process Composer / Conga experience preferred
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from peers and management; ability to work with multiple departments
Excellent prioritization skills and the ability to handle multiple job duties in a fast-paced client facing environment
Ability to take ownership, initiative, work independently and in a team environment
Team player with ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapting to the changing demands of business needs while remaining organized and driven to succeed
Strong computer aptitude with proficiency in MS Excel, Visio, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint; Salesforce experience is a plus

Working Conditions: Professional office environment. Working inside. Standing and sitting. Will be assigned to a workstation. No heavy lifting over 10 lbs.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM
