In the past two years, Mats Inc. has experienced rapid sales growth in Facilities Solutions Distribution Sales. We are seeking a high energy Sales Manager to work with our Distributors and End Users in the Southeast region.
The Southeast Region Sales Manager, Facilities Solutions will report directly to the Managing Director, Facilities Solutions.
Management of our Independent Rep Groups including activity levels, training and sales development.
Work side-by-side with representatives to develop sales opportunities at the Distributor and End User Levels.
Develop strong relationships with Owners and Senior Management at key customers
Conduct regular sales meeting with Distributors.
Up to 50% travel as required.
Work with the Managing Director to develop a network of installers that can provide installation services to our customers.
Thought leadership on marketing, sales strategy, and product development
Identification of new income sources and taking the initiative to make them happen.
Training of Rep Network on MI products and sales processes
Active membership in organizations such as ISSA, BOMA or IFMA
Ensure Mats, Inc. products are well represented on Dealer Websites/Marketing products
Recommending and participating in Trade Shows
Interface with Marketing and Customer Service
Motivated, self-starter with 5-7 years of Sales and/or Sales Management experience
Strong computer skills a plus; must be able to navigate through data and actively keep company CRM system up to date. Training will be provided.
Must be able to motivate the Rep Network to focus on MI products
Capable of positioning MI products to differentiate them from commodity competitors
Experience in Facilities Solutions or matting products a plus, but not required.
