We seek a Senior Human Resources and Compliance Generalist to support the Human Resources and Compliance department in a multi-county Business Unit at Coleman Professional Services, a community mental health agency committed to fostering recovery, building independence, and changing destinies for individuals, families, and businesses in our community.
In addition to providing expertise, coaching, advice, tools, and resources in all HR-related areas and performing core human resources functions (recruiting, interviewing, leading and conducting employee-related investigations, mediating differences between employees, event coordination, conducting training, and more), the position serves as the Client Rights Representative for the Business Unit and administers and leads the volunteer and intern program for the Business Unit.
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree and five years of related HR experience with emphasis on recruitment/selection and benefits management. They must also have excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills and be able to maintain high degree of confidentiality. Proficiency in MS Office is required, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Candidates must also be willing to travel to various counties.
