Position Overview:
We are looking for a Client Care Specialist who will be the voice of Luv Auto Group, ensuring every customer interaction is handled with the utmost care and professionalism. You will play a critical role in our customer service strategy by managing both inbound and outbound calls, building relationships, and scheduling appointments for potential clients to visit our showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide a welcoming and informative experience for customers, building trust and resolving any concerns.
- Communication Excellence: Answer calls promptly with a positive, clear, and professional tone.
- Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently schedule showroom visits, ensuring customers have a seamless experience.
- Customer Relationship Management: Engage in ongoing follow-up with both past and prospective clients to maintain and build strong relationships.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, adjusting to changes with ease and maintaining a calm, customer-focused demeanor.
What We’re Looking For:
- People Person: You are outgoing, personable, and skilled at developing and nurturing relationships.
- Customer Service Professional: You have at least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment, and a track record of providing outstanding service.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic proficiency in MS Office, and comfortable with internet-based software.
- Career-Oriented: You have a steady work history and are eager to grow with us in a long-term role.
