LPN NEEDED: 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am

- Maintaining the highest standards of quality regarding Resident care
- Ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Strong professional demeanor
- Effectively build cooperation and teamwork among CareDriven staff
- Build relationships with Residents and family through assessment, plan of care, and PCP coordination.

Some of the requirements of this position include:
- Current LPN license;
- Three years’ experience in home care, geriatric, or medical/surgical nursing care;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Proficient in basic computing skills.,
