Heartland America is seeking to hire a full-time Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately picking and filling orders from stock. Managing, organizing, packing, and shipping customer orders.
Major Areas of Responsibility:
- Pick and prepare product for shipping
- Pack, seal and ship orders
- Pay close attention to detail, a skill essential in identifying order discrepancies and product deficiencies.
- Keep warehouse clean and organized
Skills & Other Requirements:
- Familiarity with the use of hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other necessary warehouse equipment.
- Good working knowledge of warehouse data systems
- Solid communication skills and works well with a team
- Physical stamina and dexterity necessary for the work; ability to lift or move at least 40 lbs., reach, bend and stand for extended periods of time.
- Demonstrates excellent time management skills.
- Must be able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Desired qualifications/Education:
- High school diploma or GED
- Must obtain proper certification to operate forklifts or other heavy machinery in the warehouse.
- 1-2 years previous warehouse experience
Shift is Monday through Friday, 7:00AM to 3:30PM.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
