Search committee seeks operations professional(s) with experience leading a staff of 100-200 associates. Candidates with work experience in hospitality, retail, call center or large people centric facilities preferred. Responsibilities include driving client results, attendance, & sales while managing costs and other processes. Candidate must demonstrate strong relationship building with clients and agents as well as strong written and oral communication skills. Work schedule includes nights and weekends. Base salary commensurate to experience. Significant bonus opportunities tied to performance results. OneTouch Direct is a Tampa based call center provider for Fortune 100 brand clients in the telecommunications and other industries.
