Houston Hospitality is currently seeking a Nightclub Manager to oversee the daily operations of the venues at the Line Hotel. The ideal candidate has prior experience running high volume nightlife venues.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operations on the floor including security, bottle service, performances and bar
- Efectively manage managers
- Oversee payroll, scheduling, hiring, training, and compliance
- Book events and write contracts
- Maintain weekly promotions and oversee marketing
- Oversee vendor invoicing and payments including djs, performers, promoters, techs, and distributors
- Answer to the P&L
- Maintain annual budget
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
