The Opportunity

Collaborate with top leadership from Day One in our fully virtual healthcare advisory and talent firm, as fellow team members sign in from home offices in Florida, New York, Texas, Michigan, Illinois, Arizona, Idaho, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire (and sometimes from on the road or around the world).

As Director, Healthcare Talent Consulting, you’ll initially focus on directing and growing our individualized approach to executive interim management by being responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing senior interim executive candidates throughout their assignment lifecycles.

You’ll get to:

  • Interface with our clients’ senior leaders to understand their specific interim executive needs
  • Identify, source, and interview potential interim candidates for each assignment
  • Initiate and negotiate business terms with the interim exec for each assignment
  • Onboard the interim exec to a new assignment via client’s human resources group
  • Extend, engage, maintain, and manage our network of interim executives
  • Reimagine the business with firm leadership to optimize our current operational ecosystem today and digitally transform our business tomorrow.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in either:
  • healthcare consulting, or
  • interim management/executive search with a healthcare focus
  • The ability to effectively interact with senior executives
  • Solid project management skills
  • High self-confidence and self-motivation
  • Superior interpersonal, and oral and written communication skills
  • The ability to make presentations to client executives
  • Proficiency in MSOffice PowerPoint, with candidate tracking software or SalesForce preferred
  • An undergraduate degree or equivalent, with a business degree a plus
