Full Job Description
As an account manager at Service Sanitation, you’ll be responsible for the cultivation and growth of an assigned book of accounts, which could include construction, special event, and/or industrial customers. Through the support of our inside sales and customer service teams, you’ll be responsible for identifying new opportunities while also fostering existing customer relationships.
Conduct routine site visits for quality assurance purposes.
Process customer quotes, proposals, orders, and contract renewals.
Produce a high volume of outbound sales calls to established customers.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure requests are handled in a timely fashion.
Call on prospective leads while also identifying new opportunities through outbound calls.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Valid Driver’s License for visiting customers
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
CRM program management experience preferred
Must demonstrate strong written and verbal communications skills
Fully knowledgeable in lead sourcing, negotiation and the art of closing
3- year experience in inside sales capacity with sales/growth-oriented personality
