You understand the fine balance of service and help provide exceptional service to our customers in a timely, courteous, efficient, and accurate manner.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must have a great attitude and equally provide great customer service
- Thorough menu knowledge and make recommendations to enhance the dining experience
- Proactively access guest experience, ensuring they are satisfied with quality food and service
- Ability to operate the point-of-sale register system, including processing credit card and cash transactions in compliance with PCI standards
