Crestron Electronics has an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) in our Plano, Texas location. In this position, you will oversee the Plano location as well as the distribution center in Euless, TX. You will play an essential role in our company by managing the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resources function in an effort to drive the company strategic business goals.
We are seeking a polished, proactive, and professional HR Business Partner to assist in overseeing all Human Resources functions.
Provide a leadership role in fostering a climate of teamwork within the Company and customer relationship activities, through the use of open communication, collaboration and problem solving with appropriate administrators and managers.
A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement.
Solutions focused with the ability to be comfortable working in an environment which demands strong deliverables along with being able to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions.
The ability to be comfortable with a high volume workload and not be afraid to “roll up your sleeves” while managing multiple priorities simultaneously - orientated on results.
Partner with executives, leaders, and employee teams to address employee issues to promote positive outcomes for both employees and the Company.
Recommend, develop and execute department specific approaches and solutions to meet the strategic and operational goals of the company.
Partner with Corporate HR Centers of Excellence to administer and drive initiatives and programs. Provide data and transactions for the HR Dashboard.
Partner, coordinate and communicate with all areas of Corporate HR in an effort to best support the business.
Recommend and coordinate training needs for employees.
6 + years’ experience in a Generalist capacity, 3+ years’ experience in HR Management
Experience with a rapid and complex changing work environment
Success in driving effective development, employee relations, retention and reward programs
Must have flexibility, strong communication and presentation skills, a strong work ethic, and desire to achieve excellence
Strong Project Management skills
Prior experience supporting a distribution environment is a plus
Excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skills
Experience with MS Office
