Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and driven Legal Intake Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with strong phone skills, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others. As a Legal Intake Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, making your role crucial in shaping their experience with Braver Law PLLC.
Job Requirements:
- Empathy and Compassion: Use empathy and compassion to put callers at ease, ensuring they feel heard and supported.
- Experience: At least 2 years of call center experience, with a proven ability to handle high-volume calls.
- Confidence on the Phone: Conveys confidence and professionalism on every call, maintaining a reassuring tone.
- Consistency: Treats the last call on Friday with the same care and compassion as Monday morning, ensuring every client feels valued.
- Rapport Building: Ability to build rapport with potential new clients quickly and effectively.
- Call Control: Controls the pace and direction of the call, guiding conversations to gather essential information efficiently.
- Enthusiasm: Enthusiastic about helping others and making a difference in their lives.
- Learning: A strong desire to learn about different case types and medical conditions related to asbestos exposure, continuously improving your knowledge to better assist clients.
