JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Production Line Assembler

Reports To: Production Manager

Department: Production

Summary: Performs assembly of production conversions under lead conversion technician.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. -Prepares conversion panels and components. Moves, positions, and fits panels and components for conversions. Removes vehicle components in preparation for conversion install. Installs components, panels and parts. Basic component wiring, plug in, fit function and testing. Cleaning work area and vehicle conversions. Ability to take direction, grow as a technician, communicate progress and work in groups or as an individual.

Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Previous experience in assembly, upholstery, wood, or electronics a plus

Language Ability: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $12.00 to $16.00 /hour
