Job Summary:
The Leadership and Talent Development Operations Manager is responsible for leading a team that provides superior service delivery through the centralization of workflows across departmental functions. Focuses on optimal operational effectiveness and strives for continuous improvement and best-in-class customer service. Collaborates with internal team members, vendors, and organizational leaders to provide operations management and oversite of all leadership and talent development programming. Leads the team in design and implementation efforts for processes, tools and resources, to drive and deliver high level customer satisfaction, and ensures consistency in service management and delivery processes.

Demonstrated leadership and influential abilities in a corporate environment
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service skills
Proficient use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Ability to excel in diverse, intercultural relations
Advanced knowledge of People Soft and web-based HR tools
Demonstrated capacity for leading change management and continuous improvement efforts including technology upgrades and implementations
Database and statistical analysis skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong problem solving skills
Executive-level presentation skills
People management skills, including personnel development, reviews and coaching
Detail-oriented, excellent planning and organization skills
Strong project management skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Adept at establishing partnerships and building relationships
Ability to think strategically and critically in developing practical solutions
Broad knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures for managed work group(s) and how it supports related operations (Preferred)
Knowledge of supervisory approaches for work direction, motivation and performance management(Preferred)
Strong interpersonal skills: listening, confronting, challenging, straightforwardness, rapport, trust, warmth, compassion and humor(Preferred)
Master’s Degree in organizational psychology, organizational development, or related field, and 3-5 years of change management experience in a large organization; OR
15+ years of experience in leadership roles within organizations, and experience in leading teams, client relationship management and consulting

Licensure, Certification, or Registration Required:
Professional certificate in management from a college or organization, such as Management MBA Certificate, Project Management Certificate or other business-related certificate program (Preferred)

Plans, implements and/or administers operational process, procedures, and programs to support the Leadership and Talent Development Products and Services.
Leverages Company resources to lower transaction cost, reduce cycle time, improve performance, adapt to changing business needs and improve responsiveness to client/customer requests.
Develops appropriate metrics and tracking mechanisms to build accountability and measure results.
Promptly and effectively identifies issues and opportunities, and manages or implements solutions from simple to complex.
Develops and implements service level targets (productivity standards), and monitors against these standards to ensure Shared Services objectives and targets are met and support the needs of the business/organization.
Develops, monitors, measures, and ensures adherence to established work processes, quality standards and client/customer service level targets.
Ensures that procedures and programs are consistent with company, FH strategies, HR, systems.
Acts as a resource to the team to assist them with complex service requests/transactions, escalated issues, and customer requests.
Creates a positive work environment that is consistent with the Company’s values and objectives.
Provides coaching and development of team members.
Partners with internal team members and organizational leaders to foster a collaborative environment and open communication.
Communicates regularly with team stakeholders and executive sponsors about team progress toward service targets and goal achievement.)
