This position will be part of the Global Marketing Operations (GMO) team, to be filled immediately. We are looking for a fast-learning, very diligent, outspoken, proactive, self-organized and delivery-oriented digital marketing expert, with the ability to independently work through everyday tasks and challenges. The successful candidate must be at ease to work in a cross-functional and multi-national teams, with stakeholders of different levels of seniority, high emphasis on relationship management and successful campaign execution.

The core focus of this role will be planning and driving the strategy of high performing brand and acquisition activities via paid social channels. This role is ideal for a digital account manager looking to make a move client side.

Drive cross-channel strategy and deliver tactical plans for customer-facing marketing campaigns across social channels, especially Facebook and Instagram.
Work closely with key internal stakeholders and external agencies (media, creative and channel experts) to ensure marketing campaigns deliver against agreed objectives, timelines, and budget.
Ongoing communication of campaign progress and optimization to the wider team to manage business expectations.
Expertly navigate competing priorities across a highly matrixed global organization.
Post-campaign analysis and preparation of performance reports, including recommendations for future activity.

Minimum 3+ years of online consumer marketing experience with a leading e-commerce company or in a consumer internet environment.
Deep channel expertise in paid social, particularly Facebook and Instagram advertising ecosystem.
Knowledge of display industry standards, best practices, and key industry metrics.
Technical know-how of ad serving, pricing models, media buying principles and ad tracking.
Excellent project management and communication skills are a must.
Experience working with external agencies (media, creative).
Strong analytical mind, ability to use data to make decisions and influence key stakeholders.
Proven experience managing multiple digital assets and campaigns.
A PowerPoint master • able to express ideas, plans and results in presentation format.
A natural communicator, with an ability to grasp complex technical/business concepts and express them to others in a simple, clear language.
Must thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, be a highly-motivated self-starter, flourish on a multi-cultural team.
