We are looking for a professional, responsible and committed Customer Service Representative. Our employees are critical to our success and we are looking for a committed individual to join our team.
This role will be primarily contacting current business customers via phone, to schedule appointments for their contracted fire protection services.
No cold calls and No sales pitching required!
Full Time position available; Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Minimum Job Requirements
As a Scheduling CSR, you will develop a work route for our team of Service Technicians, who provide fire protection services to restaurants, hospitals, hotels, resorts, schools, nursing homes, government buildings and other commercial establishments. With our customers, you will coordinate services, organize routes and schedules, ensure service excellence, and provide outstanding customer service and support to our customers. One of our core qualities is integrity and we expect our employees to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times.
