We have crafted an outstanding, 2-month classroom style onboarding and training program to set our representatives on a path to success at our firm. All of our representatives kick off their careers in this role going through a comprehensive learning program to successfully prepare them for acquiring their FINRA Series 6, Series 63 and Securities Industry Essentials (SIE). The training materials, training period and the sponsorship of these licenses is paid for by American Century.
Once fully ramped up in your role, you will...
Complete a comprehensive onboarding process post-training in which you will learn to apply the knowledge and skills acquired during training
Learn how to cultivate and nurture client relationships and build dedication to our brand by providing efficient, effective, and friendly client service
Develop a keen understanding and ability to communicate ACI funds, products, policies, procedures, and financial industry knowledge
Develop foundational understanding of the IRS regulations and recognition of tax implications in order to provide our clients value
Articulate key investing principles to clients in a clear, understandable fashion
Provide new value for clients by offering personalized, relevant investment solutions
Actively pursue opportunities to acquire additional assets and new clients
Drive client-focused sales strategies by listening to and identifying our client’s needs, understanding their goals, and providing appropriate financial solutions by telephone. Every call is an opportunity to retain clients, increase assets, and exceed our clients’ expectations by anticipating their needs and providing a more tailored interaction.
Requirements for this role:

Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
Crucial communication and task organization skills
Sophisticated skill in computer usage and the ability to type 30 WPM minimum
