Position Summary: Responsible for the commercialization of the company’s products, defining market policies and strategies to be implemented to achieve established objectives. Administers the activities of market development, pricing policy, sales logistics, sales plans and budgets. Ensures that budget goals for sales volume and profitability are reached and that the company's market share is maintained or increased. Directs market research, product planning, sales forecasting and customer relations functions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Key adviser role reporting to Divisional President leading both business analytic functions and targeted strategic assignments.
Leads and develops a team of 15 employees ranging in experience level
Responsible for sales reporting and analysis, commission calculations, contract compliance, price / margin analysis and customer master data
Key need to automate and drive improvements in the above listed areas in order to direct more department resources on sales growth and profit improvement opportunities
Driving the annual strategic planning process
Customer acquisition and retention analysis
Build executive dashboards and reporting
Lead customer database management
Contracts administration

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
Minimum three years work experience in a professional sales and marketing capacity working in a healthcare concern with a mix of the following experiences: strategic planning, database analytics, sales operations, product management
Additional experience in industry, preferably in strategy/business development or execution role in an industrial products / services company in a B2B environment
Experience managing and developing teams
Keen critical thinking and analytical skills

Ability to navigate and act quickly in a complex and matrixed environment
