BOLT Solutions, Inc. is a leading provider of SaaS distribution software and services to the property and casualty insurance industry.

BOLT is searching for a Managing Director, Sales who will report to the Executive Vice President and has direct responsibility for meeting individual sales goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Can effectively develop and execute an enterprise software and solutions based sales plan
Is a high-performing enterprise solution sales person
Can excel in a startup type entrepreneurial environment
Has a track record of exceeding annual sales goals
Will excel in a longer sales cycle and team selling environment
Understands the P&C distribution vertical for Personal and /or Commercial lines
Will continuously prospect to build a solid sales funnel
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree required
5+ years’ relevant sales experience
Proven ability to engage with and influence others
Experience leading a consultative sales process
Driven and able to work independently
Ability to source clients through prospecting and networking
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Demonstrated problem solving skills
Demonstrated leadership skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
COMPENSATION/BENEFITS

The salary range for this position is based on experience
