What will I be doing?

As the Senior Product Manager, you will partner with key team members to transform customer insights into actionable strategies and priorities. You will employ your technical acumen and analytics to guide and execute product decisions. You will be responsible for driving the overall product development lifecycle by effectively collaborating with the Designers, Product Engineers, Developers, Project Managers, UAT teams, Brand Teams, Marketing, Loyalty, Commercial and Regional teams. This role will require very strong business insight, a holistic understanding of web and mobile technologies and trends, and most importantly, a passion to build amazing guest experiences. Your bias for action will lead Agile development teams to bringing concepts to market at a rapid pace while your leadership and communication skills will prove to be instrumental for success in this role.
What will my responsibilities be?
You will effectively communicate and collaborate with internal partners to achieve the product vision and strategy for Digital experiences.
You will build and lead multi-functional teams including scrum teams consisting of User Interface (UI) engineers, Quality Assurance (QA), User Experience (UX) and visual designers.
You will evaluate new product concepts for value and viability. Through a series of quick market experiments, de-risk assumptions upfront, and in a rapid fashion.
You will convert ideas into basic wireframes to provide direction to UX and UI Designers; you will collaborate with Designers to craft final user flows and screens.
You will generate epics and user stories to provide the Development team with an understanding of the product roadmap.
You will collaborate with Product Engineering in an Agile environment to develop new features and resolve product issues.
Define and monitor a thorough set of metrics to ensure success of new products.
Your analysis of performance data and customer input will position the team to continuously embrace opportunities to improve the experience.
What are we looking for?
To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree
Five (5) years experience as a Product Manager
Two (2) years of experience managing teams
Flexibility to travel 15%
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
Master’s in Business Administration Degree
Five (5) years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
Four (4) years of Management experience
Three (3) years working in Agile Product Management
