Job Description: This position is for a Technical Assistance Center (TAC) Agent for our inbound Cisco Technical Assistance Center. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and assisting customers in a technical environment. You will receive calls from registered Cisco customers and following a specific call flow, you may need to assist at a higher level of instruction and guiding customers along a trouble resolution path. You will need to be comfortable in a technical environment and thinking outside the box for solutions.
