Job Description Assistant to Human Resource Administrator/Manager will include:
Administrative Assistant responsibilities will include:
Requires multi-tasking abilities and the ability to perform basic math such as adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing, as well as, the ability to speak, read and write coherently. Should possess a high computer aptitude, strong interpersonal skills and business management abilities. Minimum of an Associates Degree or commensurate experience with minimum of 2 years human resources and/or payroll processing experience preferred.
Computer Skills: Must have excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, Power Point, and Lotus Notes. Must be able to effectively communicate internally and externally as needed by email. Must possess the ability to navigate in current spreadsheets and ability to create new ones, as needed.
Environment: Requires capability of performing essential job functions in an environment with exposure to carbon dust and fumes. At times, may need quiet and confidential environment for conversations and special meetings.
Aptitude: Ability to deal calmly and rationally with company Associates and visitors, in a busy office with constant interruptions while maintaining utmost confidentiality, when needed. Must possess the ability to maintain multiple projects with above average time management skills. Must possess a very strong planning and organizational skills. Must be able to work independently or as a team player. Possess a high degree of concentration and attention to details at all times. Possess the ability to complete assigned tasks with a high level of accuracy.
Must be a self-starter and willing to learn and maintain knowledge
