The Azure Global team is looking for a Business Administrator who has excellent organization and communication skills combined with a great positive attitude, strong initiative and high energy. To succeed in this role, you must be able to multi-task and proactively anticipate the needs of the team.
This position is responsible for providing administrative team support across various smaller teams, partnering with a team of admins around the world. This position offers a variety of primary administrative functions.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, event planning and coordination, preparing expense reports, asset/headcount/space tracking, new hire setups, organization chart updates, maintaining group aliases, vendor management, calendar management, coordinating and scheduling meetings, and special projects. This person will work closely with the other Business Administrators within C+AI and will develop strong working relationships as part of the admin team.
This position requires initiative, good judgment, and ability to maintain confidentiality, setting priorities and handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Candidates must have excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills along with the ability to work independently and professionally at all levels.
Candidates must be extremely resourceful and able to deal with ambiguity. They must possess solid problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, be able to work effectively under pressure. They must work successfully in a team environment, build effective working relationships inside and outside the group, and accommodate working styles and perspectives of diverse individuals.
2 - 3 years demonstrated work experience in a fast-pace administrative capacity or related work field
High School Diploma or equivalent, AA degree
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Systems required; proficiency on internal MS tools (Headtrax, MS Space, MyOrder, MSS, iCIMS, etc.) preferred.
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
