Overview:
Nakupuna Consulting is seeking a Senior Supply Analyst to join our team to support Pearl Harbor Navy Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY&IMF) Code 500’s efforts to establish a detachment in Guam to support operations. This individual will support Code 500 directly to help establish a detailed strategy and implementation plan to ensure the Guam detachment can provide proper material management services to the warfighter. This individual will be an independent problem solver who can collaborate well with the government team.

Assist Code 500 in developing and drafting recommended supply strategies, policies, and procedures to stand up PHNSY&IMF Det Guam

Review material management facility and space requirements in Guam and provide feedback for improvements

Perform research on a variety of topics associated with material management in Guam

Draft technical instructions, standard operating procedures, memorandums, desk guides, process maps, etc.

Assist with codifying processes and transfer of Tribal Knowledge; define best practices

Evaluate and develop training curriculum, materials, and instruction on material management
- Help resolve difficult material issues through coordination with stakeholders; develop measurements and metrics

Assist in the development of project plans
- Monitor progress toward meeting the plan and identifies the cause and impact of delays; adjust plans and schedules accordingly

Keep Nakupuna Leadership abreast of project execution
Qualifications:
Skills/Qualifications: The ideal candidate possesses experience in Navy supply/material management operations in a public Shipyard environment. Must be self-motivated, have strong attention to detail, good oral and written communication skills. Ability to work in a dynamic environment while remaining flexible to the client’s requirements is a must. Must have strong organization skills.
Education: BS or BA degree in Business Management or related degree is preferred. Experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Experience: This position requires at least 10 years of related experience with supply operations, preferably within a public shipyard.
Location: Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, Hawaii with ability to travel to Guam 2-3 times per year for 1 week.
Clearance Requirements: This position requires an active SECRET security clearance. Must be a U.S. citizen.

The Nakupuna Companies use a market-based compensation strategy to ensure that our employees are compensated within applicable market ranges commensurate with multiple factors, including but not limited to the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, and position location. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,500.00 to $135,000.00 (annualized USD). The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Nakupuna Companies total compensation package for employees.
