The Goal is looking for two System Admins for one of their largest Federal Clients. This position does require an ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE.
Responsibilities will include:
Assist in the development of call scripts, call trend analysis, and monitoring and tracking of information in ticketing system.
Work closely with team of System Admins and Engineers to improve Service and efficiency of ticketing system in order to reduce call center volume.
2-5 years of directly related experience in systems administration and analysis.
Strong customer service skills, good communication, ability to meet and accomplish goals in an efficient manner, and can work well in a team environment.
Knowledge and exposure to mission systems (such as: TBMCS, PEX)
Experience with 2003/2008 Windows Server, Red Hat Linux and VMare
ITIL v3 Foundation certification a plus
SEC+ and an ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED
