Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the lease renewal process, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements.
- Ensure lease compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
- Communicate with tenants and property managers on lease terms and renewal conditions.
- Maintain accurate records of lease agreements and renewals.
- Assist in legal research, risk assessment, and dispute resolution related to lease terms.
Requirements:
- ASBS degree in Law or J.D. degree.
- Full comprehension of the influences of the external environment of a corporation
- Ability to work with others and independently.
- High degree of professional ethics and integrity
- Sound judgement and ability to analyses situations and information.
- Outstanding communication skills
