The Aircraft Survivability (ACS) Business Unit (BU) is seeking an Administrative Assistant Specialist. This position reports to the Director, Survivability Product Lines (SPL) and will provide support to the Product Line Management (PLM) Integrated Product Team (IPT).

Administrative duties include:
Document review and proofing,
Briefing development support
Report generation and compilation
Organization metrics coordination
Budget management and reporting
Calendar and schedule management
Travel and expense reporting
Ordering of supplies
Receiving and distributing mail
Electronic and hardcopy file management
Taking phone calls and messages
Supporting other IPTs within the Business Unit as required
Minimum HS diploma and minimum6 years' experience in an office environment.
Highly skilled in MS Office Products (Word, Excel including Pivot Tables and charting, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat Professional
Experience generating MS PowerPoint charts of varying complexity, including embedded graphs and spreadsheets
Highly motivated, self-starter with ability to adapt easily to changing requirements and priorities.
Highly developed verbal and written communication skills and proven success in organizing, prioritizing and completing assigned responsibilities
Experience interfacing with executive-level internal and external contacts with considerable autonomy
Demonstrated success in supporting a variety of executive levels within an organization.
U.S. Citizen and ability to obtain security clearance
Ability to obtain special access security clearance
Skill in MS Visio, MS Sharepoint, MS Project, MS Access, Concur, SAP
Basic programming skills (VBA )
Prior experience supporting multiple clients in a diverse work environment
Background and/or interest in science and technology
