The Physical Therapist is responsible for the following:
Evaluation of a patient’s individual, age specific, rehabilitation needs
Plan of care development, implementation and modification in the acute and outpatient settings
Direct patient intervention
Patient, family, caregiver, and staff education
Student education and other related duties as required or assigned by supervisor
Building personal referral base through physician relations and marketing
Use of equipment including, but not limited to: computer, ultrasound, e-stim, iontophoresis, whirlpool/fluidotherapy, mechanical traction, treatment tables, balance master, treadmill, parallel bars, stair master, total gym, pulleys
Setting established goals mutually agreed upon with the Manager/Director that are measured and monitored by the department Manager/Director.


Licensure/Certification/Registrations – State licensure from CO, Active BLS certification

Education: Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school preferred. Minimum Bachelor’s degree from accredited school required.

Experience: 2 years clinical experience working as a physical therapist preferred. New graduates accepted.

Knowledge and Skills: Able to perform all evaluations, assessments, and tx planning required in this position. Effective verbal and written communication
