What You’ll Get to Do:
You will assist in the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support of approximately 7000 servers across 4 unique networks, these servers utilize Microsoft Server 2003/2008/2012/2016.
Your primary duties are supporting the Domino/Notes Environments. You will perform restoration of user data via backups at the customer’s request or due to a catastrophic failure, create and verify backups of data, and analyze, troubleshoot and resolve issues with IT infrastructure. You will resolve Incidents created by monitoring tools, and provide daily shift reports documenting events.
You will function as Tier-3 technician when Help Desk and/or Tier-2 cannot resolve the issue has and it requires escalation. You will provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter, manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems, respond to and resolve Help Desk requests, upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and issue resolution, and audit application logs, and address issues that are discovered.

CITRIX Presentation Server and ZEN Virtual Application Suite
Tivoli Storage Manager
General Knowledge of VM
Microsoft Windows Server Administration (Desired)
Candidate must have one of the following:
10 Years of job related experience and High School/GED diploma
8 Years of job related experience and Associate degree
4-7 Years of job related experience and Bachelor’s degree
3 Years of job related experience and Master’s degree
2 Years of job related experience and Doctorate
