L2F is actively searching for Inside Sales and admin support to join the Team in Fremont, CA!

This position creates and maintains customer satisfaction by supporting outside sales with written communications and computer; providing promotional, competitive and problem-solving information utilizing understanding of products; taking and administering customer orders; providing after-sales support; assisting Sales and Marketing through research and persuasive communication of product, promotional and competitive information; supporting Sales and Field Operations through product quality assurance, timely and accurate product order shipping, product inventory control and Customer RMA/support requirement identification. Administer CRM activities as well as selected customer service functions.

Responsibilities:
Support the Sales team, Inside Sales, Field Operations and Marketing (FO&M) by providing administrative support.
Review Sales Contracts / POs to ensure L2F can comply.
Review and communicate accurate sales order ship details to Field Operations, Sales and Customers.
Promote the sale of L2F products and services by furnishing information on pricing, policies, and deliveries; calculating and preparing quotations and forwarding leads to appropriate Sales personnel.
Monitor L2F Customer contracts to ensure on-going compliance by all parties.
Administering Customer Relationship Management System and provide CRM support to Sales and management.
Establish and maintain accurate inventory controls on all L2F commercialized products
Ensure order accuracy and on-time delivery by clarifying order information; verifying product availability; inputting the order; tracking delayed orders; resolving or facilitating the resolution of problems; performing pre-ship QA procedures.
Provide after sales support by resolving or referring resolution for product, service, or customer problems.
Contribute to the Marketing/Sales efforts.
Maintains technical and professional knowledge by attending training, workshops and trade shows, reviewing publications.
Creating presentations by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
Conserving managers’ time as required by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting or proof-reading letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; preparing reports; initiating telecommunications; and planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and teleconferences.
Conduct general office management duties.
Assisting managers by completing special projects as assigned.

Requirements/Qualifications:
Associates degree or higher in sales, marketing or business or relevant job experience.
Administrative Assistant experience.
Proficiency in administrative support skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Access, and CRM.
Knowledge of BPM’ online is a plus.
Familiarity with Confluence will be an asset.
Database program software skills helpful.
