Administrative Coordinator I-Football Recruiting

Pay Grade 38

The position will assist the Director of Player Personnel, assistant coaches, and head coach in all areas related to on-campus recruiting for football.

  • Develop and oversee the completion of all football recruiting videos
  • Communicate with top prospects through texting and social media platforms
  • Complete special recruiting projects for the Director of Player Personnel and coaches
  • Manage post-graduate/transfers recruiting database
  • Primary point of contact and resource for all Junior College recruiting items
  • Assists with planning and hosting for all on-campus recruiting visits
  • Group leader for recruiting junior days
  • Oversee all APTUS communication and follow up
  • Assist Media Relations office with any football recruiting specific related items
  • Collects, catalogs, and archives all pertinent recruiting information for prospects
  • Assists coaching staff with updating master recruiting board
  • Makes budget recommendations for recruiting database services
other duties as assigned by the Director of Player Personnel.

Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor's Degree

Experience:
Experience working in collegiate football administrative and/or recruiting support areas required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Proficient in Microsoft office, college football recruiting databases, and social media platforms (e.g. Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, …etc.)

Preferred

Experience:
Experience working in collegiate football administrative and/or recruiting support areas at the Division I/Power 5 Conferences level preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of NCAA rules highly desired.
