Using your experience as a techical IT recruiter, project manager or business analyst, New Account Managers build and develop business within our tier 1 local clients. They work with our established client base as well as on initiatives toward new client acquisition.

The Account Managers contact Client organizations in need of IT staffing resources through aggressive networking, warm-calling, and needs based selling. Account Managers are responsible for helping brand the SGA business within new and existing clients while maintaining and enhancing our professional relationships. The Account Manager demonstrates continual effort to bring in new business while also handling any captured accounts that have been assigned. This role requires meeting weekly metrics as well as the ability to meet monthly hiring goals. The Account Manager handles all phases of the sales cycle including prospecting and identifying new potential clients, introductions and scheduling meetings with key decision makers, presentation of services, contract review and negotiations, and driving processes and delivery of services.
